Members supply the network with a flow of loans and liquidity

The individual loans are fractionalized in smaller amounts ready to be distributed to participants.

Each participant sets their terms of participation including FICO, DTI, PTI, maximum participation among many other criteria.

The loan fractions are distributed among participants with matching terms.

Originating FI will service the loan, keeping the relationship with its customer. The Quilo platform will fully service the loan syndication including fund settlement, GL and reporting.

Multiple lenders will help you make up the difference by participating in funding fractions of each approved loan which meets their credit criteria. And the participating lenders will not have any PII on the borrower.
